Job Description

In this role as a Product Intern, you will collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to enhance features that elevate user experience, operational efficiency, and scalability on the platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in gathering and analyzing product requirements from stakeholders. - Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create wireframes, flowcharts, and user journeys. - Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and help define acceptance criteria. - Conduct competitive research, market analysis, and identify user pain points. - Participate in feature testing, QA walkthroughs, and ensure feature readiness pre-release. - Coordinate with development and operations teams to monitor product development progress. - Monitor and report product performance metrics, providing suggestions for improvements. **Qualifications Required:** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Strong interest in product management and understanding of tech-driven platforms. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Jira, Excel, or other product management tools is advantageous. - Previous experience or internship in logistics, e-commerce, or tech startups is a plus.
