Job Description

As a Product Implementation Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in deploying enterprise software solutions for clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with clients to understand and analyze their business requirements for product implementation. - Translating business needs into functional specifications and system configurations. - Leading end-to-end implementation projects, from planning to deployment, including testing. - Managing item master data, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and data governance policies. - Configuring software products to meet client workflows and objectives. - Providing training and support to end-users and client stakeholders. - Working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Developing and maintaining documentation such as process flows and training materials. - Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. - Continuously improving implementation methodologies and best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in software implementation. - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and enterprise software systems. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Experience with ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms. Preferred skills for this role include: - Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments. - Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools. - Experience in client-facing roles focusing on change management and user adoption. - Experience with Oracle Cloud Product Data Hub, Product Information Management.,
