Product Head

Role Overview: As a Product Head at the SaaS product-based company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the products. You will lead the New Feature Development process, oversee project management, ensure successful delivery, and drive customer success initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with vertical leads across various departments to align product strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of new product features based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Drive the product delivery process from planning to launch, ensuring alignment with product roadmap, quality standards, and customer expectations. - Manage Customer Success teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and drive product improvements. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering valuable solutions. - Manage and mentor vertical leads across different product areas. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to drive team effectiveness and career growth. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 14+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry. - Proven experience in leading product development projects, managing teams, and driving customer success. - PMP or ITIL certifications are mandatory.
