Key Responsibilities

  • Rewards System Management
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of the rewards program.
  • Ensure timely updates and accuracy of rewards entries in the agent portal.
  • Daily Operations
  • Record and verify all orders received daily.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting of transactions.
  • Audit & Compliance
  • Conduct periodic audits of the rewards store inventory.
  • Audit rewards entries made in the system to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Generate audit reports and highlight corrective actions.
  • Vendor Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to expand the rewards catalogue.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors for smooth operations.
  • Negotiate terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of rewards.
  • Portal & Agent Support
  • Update rewards information in the agents portal regularly.
  • Provide support to agents regarding reward-related queries.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams for portal improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and auditing skills.
  • Attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies.
  • Vendor negotiation and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Communication skills for cross-team and vendor coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
