Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Analyze Brand Performance: - Evaluate the highest and lowest sellers across brands. - Adjust focus to promote underperforming products to doctors or clients. - Identify highest sales from specific brands. - Incentivize Key Clients: - Provide certificates or awards to doctors contributing significantly to sales. - Gather feedback from clients and adjust offerings accordingly. - Highlight Product Value: - Emphasize the unique selling points (USPs) of key products when interacting with doctors or clients. - Ensure the sales team is aligned with promoting these USPs. - Sales Target Setting and Planning: - Set Sales targets based on performance data. - Prepare a plan to meet the provided targets, adapting strategies as necessary. - Seasonal Sales Planning: - Understand product seasonality and plan sales efforts accordingly. - Adjust marketing strategies based on the time of year and product demand. - Product Availability and Sales Sample Review: - Regularly check product availability across brands to avoid stock-outs. - Compare product sales to sample availability ensuring accurate distribution. - Competitor Analysis: - Conduct thorough analysis of competitors, particularly on a brand wise basis. - Understand competitor strengths and weaknesses to improve positioning. - Brand Specific Management: - Delegate brand management responsibilities to the appropriate brand managers. - Ensure each brand manager is focused on improving their assigned products or segments. - Product Promotion Cost: - Need to check product promotion cost every year. - Brand Extension: - Identify new developments in the market & possible new launches in the brand. Qualifications Required: - Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities - Proficiency in Market Analysis and Sales strategies - Excellent Communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus,
