Job Description

As a Product Development professional at Siemens, you play a crucial role in Localization, Development & Vendor Development activities. Your responsibilities include: - Master Data Maintenance with knowledge in SAP or a similar system - Digitization/Automation for O AIS Products manufacturing - Development of Tools, fixtures & infrastructure at vendors" place You will be actively involved in: - New Product Introduction & Localization Projects - Supplier development - Layout optimization Your key deliverables will involve: - Contribution to the evaluation of design, existing & new manufacturing processes - Identification & execution of Benchmarking projects - Digitalization/Automation of existing processes & systems You will also: - Conduct production readiness reviews ensuring compliance with processes - Work on Prototyping and Industrialization of products - Implement Engineering change management processes Qualifications required for this role: - Academic degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related technical areas - Early or mid-professionals are encouraged to apply As a self-driven individual with a personality inclined towards self-assertion in a multi-cultural environment, you will coordinate with Production and Quality for continuous improvement on value engineering initiatives, cost-efficient, and robust manufacturing processes.
