Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Development professional located in Kolkata. The Product Development professional will be responsible for conducting market research, developing new product concepts, managing product life cycles, and overseeing research and development (R&D). The day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring products meet customer needs and regulatory standards - especially co-ordinating with B2B teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Food Technology
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge in Research and Development (R&D) - especially flour.
• Expertise in Product Management
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Product Development, or related field
• Experience in the food or nutrition industry is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills
