Role Overview: You will be responsible for Localization, Development & Vendor Development activities, including Master Data Maintenance with knowledge in SAP or a similar system. Your role will involve Digitization/Automation for O AIS Products manufacturing, as well as the Development of Tools, fixtures & other infrastructure at vendors' place. Additionally, you will be involved in New Product Introduction & Localization Projects, Supplier development, Layout optimization, and Contribution to evaluation of design for manufacturing processes. You will also be responsible for Identification & execution of Benchmarking projects, Digitalization/Automation of existing processes & systems, Prototyping and Industrialization of products, and Implementation of Engineering change management process. Your role will require you to be self-driven with self-assertion in a multi-cultural environment and to coordinate with Production and Quality for continuous improvement on value engineering initiatives, cost-efficient, and robust manufacturing processes.
