Your expertise in product development across different materials like metal, wood, glass, and mixed materials will be crucial as you independently oversee sampling, cost negotiations, and vendor coordination. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the design team to create prototypes that resonate with buyer trends and brand aesthetics. You will be required to liaise with domestic suppliers and factories to ensure timely sampling and maintain product quality standards. Negotiating prices, monitoring costs, packaging, and materials, as well as adhering to product development timelines will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing spec sheets, sample tracking, documentation, conducting vendor visits to ensure compliance with quality standards, and working directly with international buyers for presentations and review meetings.
