Role Overview We&aposre looking for a smart, proactive, and business-minded individual to join as a Business Development Manager with a strong focus on Business Development and GTM. This is a high-impact role working closely with the CEO on all aspects of growth from identifying demand opportunities to engaging with international clients and supporting strategic decision-making. Youll act as the right hand to the founders and play a critical role in shaping the early market-facing side of the company. Key Responsibilities Work directly with the founders to define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for international markets (starting with the USA). Conduct deep-dive market research to identify trends, demand patterns, and customer segments in paper products. Generate B2B leads through research, outreach, and relationship-building (distributors, wholesalers, retail buyers, etc.). Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to align supply capabilities with market opportunities. Build pitch decks, proposals, and communication material for client outreach and investor conversations. Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, taking ownership of early partnerships, sales, and customer feedback loops. Stay on top of competition, market movements, and potential partnership or distribution channels abroad. What We&aposre Looking For 2-4 years of experience in business development, go-to-market strategy, or international sales/market entry roles, ideally involving international expansion or B2B sales. Exposure to or experience working with US or other international markets is highly preferred. Strong research, communication, and presentation skills, you should be confident talking to external partners and thinking strategically.
