Role Overview: As a Recruitment Manager at the Buying House operations, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various roles focusing on Product Development, Designers, and Merchandisers. Your main tasks will include managing the full recruitment cycle effectively, sourcing potential candidates through Job Portals, social media platforms, and networking, collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles, conducting interviews, assessments, and presenting top candidates to the hiring managers, enhancing employer branding and recruitment strategies, and providing regular recruitment reports while maintaining candidate data accurately. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment cycle effectively. - Source potential candidates through Job Portals, social media platforms, and networking. - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. - Conduct interviews, assessments, and present top candidates to the hiring managers. - Enhance employer branding and recruitment strategies. - Provide regular recruitment reports and maintain candidate data accurately. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field. - Experience: 8-10 years in talent acquisition either at a top-tier buying house or an HR recruitment firm. - Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and sourcing abilities.
