Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Product Development Merchandiser. The Product Development Merchandiser will be responsible for overseeing the development of new diamond products, coordinating with production teams, conducting market research, and managing product inventory. Day-to-day tasks include data modeling, creating dashboards, analyzing data, and ensuring adherence to product quality standards. The role also involves planning and executing product launches and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Data modeling and data warehousing skills
• Experience with dashboards and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Experience in the diamond or jewelry industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
