🌍Traveling Outside Sales Representative — U.S. Market (Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry)📍Based in India | Frequent U.S. Travel | Full-Time | B2B Field Sales.

We are a leading lab-grown diamond and fine jewelry manufacturer serving top retailers worldwide. We’re scaling rapidly in the U.S. — and building a cost-effective, high-impact field sales force that combines India’s best talent with deep U.S. market coverage.

The Opportunity

This is NOT your typical inside sales or desk job.This is a unique, adventure-driven field sales career where you will:
  • Own a U.S. territory and meet jewelry retailers face-to-face.
  • Travel across states extensively for in-person store visits and account building.
  • Build strong relationships, open new accounts, and grow store revenue.
  • Be supported by our India-based inside sales and operations team for leads and order fulfillment.

Must-Have

Who We’re Looking For:
  • 2–5 years of proven B2B sales, business development, or key account management experience — ideally in jewelry, luxury goods, BPO, SaaS, or other high-ticket B2B products.
  • U.S. education background — Bachelor’s or master’s from the U.S., with F1, OPT, or H1B experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English — confident presenting to U.S. store owners and buyers.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable with solo travel and direct in-person selling.

Good To Have

  • Valid B1/B2 visa or prior U.S. travel history for smoother future travel.
  • Familiarity with jewelry, luxury retail, or branded goods sales is a plus.

What You’ll Get

  • Base Salary: Target ₹8–10L per annum.
  • Performance Bonus: ₹2–4L annual target (uncapped commissions).
  • All Travel Expenses Covered: Flights, local transport, lodging, daily allowance — so you keep more of what you earn.
  • Full Training: Jewelry product knowledge, field sales techniques, route planning, CRM usage.
  • Career Path: Clear roadmap to become territory manager or transition to a U.S.-based role as we grow.
  • Support: Inside sales and back-office team handles your lead generation and fulfillment while you focus on closing deals.
