45,000 - 50,000 PM inhand

We are seeking a Junior Engineer – Product Development to support the engineering and technical

aspects of product development. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in mechanical

engineering principles, CAD software proficiency, and a keen interest in manufacturing processes. This

role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior engineers and gain hands-on experience

in product design, prototyping, and production optimization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Assist in product development, prototyping, and engineering validation.

 Support in CAD/CAM modeling, technical drawings, and BOM preparation.

 Work closely with the Lead Engineer and cross-functional teams, including Concept Design,

Product Development, and Production.

 Conduct material selection, structural analysis, and design feasibility studies.

 Assist in design validation, testing, and process optimization to ensure quality and compliance

with industry standards.

 Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to enhance production efficiency.

 Document design changes, engineering challenges, and process improvements.

 Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing technologies to contribute to

product innovation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

 Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or Pytha (willingness to

adapt to Pytha).

 Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and structural design.
