Product Development Engineer

Location- Pune 

Position: Development Manager

Experience Required: 5-6 years

CTC- up to 7.2 LPA (depends on interview)

Working Days- 6 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead New Product Development (NPD) activities from concept to production.
• Drive APQP, PPAP, and FMEA processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Conduct trial runs, validation, and error rectification as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and process engineering teams to streamline production feasibility.
• Provide technical support in toolroom and die design for development activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of prototypes and production parts while meeting cost and quality targets.
• Liaise with customers for technical discussions, feasibility analysis, and approvals.

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

• AutoCAD
• Toolroom & Die Design knowledge

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience in process engineering and trials.
• Strong project management and problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with customer audits, documentation, and compliance in development cycles.
