Product Development Engineer

The position of Product Development Engineer II at Phenom involves developing scalable, secure, and efficient backend services and systems. As part of the team, you will be tasked with creating innovative solutions and ensuring the operational excellence of our platforms. As a Developer at Phenom, you are expected to possess proficiency in Algorithms and Data Structures, along with efficient programming skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently on projects while also collaborating effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Additionally, providing technical and analytical solutions for product evaluation is a key aspect of the role. Key Responsibilities include defining technical architecture to support SaaS offerings, contributing to product development efforts, and offering innovative solutions. The successful candidate should have at least 4 years of software development experience in Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP, JSON, MongoDB, Spring, React, and Design Patterns. Familiarity with defining architecture, design, and development, as well as experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and/or Azure, are also essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
