About The Role

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Design Ownership: Take full responsibility for design projects—from research and wireframes to final visual designs and usability testing.
• Craft Clean Interfaces: Design intuitive dashboards, user flows, and interfaces that simplify complex workflows.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Rapid Prototyping: Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in fast iteration cycles.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and help evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products.
  

What We Expect

• 2+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end work on real digital products.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• User-Centric Thinking: You design not just for aesthetics, but for real-world usability and impact.
• UX/UI Expertise: Strong skills in designing for both mobile and web platforms with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and usability.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to understand user pain points and craft practical, elegant solutions.
• Excellent Communication: Capable of articulating your design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization and building dashboards that track performance or user metrics.
• Exposure to user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with building and maintaining design systems.
