The Role: Product Designer

Bengaluru – Onsite 2–4 years experience (Mid-Senior)

This isn’t a factory-line design role.

You’ll Own

• End-to-end UX — from research to shipped
• Interfaces for complex systems: campaign tools, CRM workflows, AI assistants
• Scalable, evolving design systems (not just component libraries)
• The tension between “perfect” and “live by Friday”
  

Who You Are (We Hope)

• You’ve shipped real products, not just pitch decks
• You’re equally confident with UX logic and UI craft
• You ask uncomfortable questions and explain design decisions clearly
• You’ve probably inspected dev output to make sure the padding’s right
• You’ve tried Figma AI, GPT, or some weird plugin just out of curiosity
• You’re hungry to learn, build, and lead — not just execute
