What You’ll Do-

1. Own

   end-to-end product design

   across mobile and web — from user research and journey mapping to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
2. Design

   accessible, intuitive experiences

   tailored specifically for non-tech-savvy and 50+ users, reducing cognitive load and building confidence through clarity.
3. Translate complex user needs and business goals into

   simple, elegant design solutions

   .
4. Conduct and synthesize

   user research, usability testing, and data insights

   to inform design decisions.
5. Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and engineers to shape product vision, priorities, and execution.
6. Play a key role in

   building a 0→1 consumer platform

   , setting strong design foundations and systems early.
7. Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, metrics, and real user behavior.

Who We’re Looking For-

1. A

   strong end-to-end product designer

   with hands-on experience across UX research, IA, flows, UI, and prototyping.
2. Someone who thrives in

   early-stage, ambiguous environments

   and enjoys building from scratch.
3. Deep empathy for users — especially those who may not be digitally native — and the ability to design with accessibility at the core.
4. Comfortable working closely with founders and senior stakeholders, taking ownership without heavy hand-holding.
5. Ability to balance

   user experience with business objectives
