What you’ll actually be doing (not just LinkedIn fluff): 🔍 Hunting — You’ll identify, research, and chase down product tech companies like a pro. 🧠 Pitching with brains — Understand their hiring problems, and sell how we solve them. 🤝 Closing deals — From cold outreach to signed contract. No one else steps in. 📊 Reading the room — Market trends, hiring shifts, business sentiment — you’ll learn to read and move with it. 📞 Building relationships — You’ve got the network or you’re hungry enough to build one fast. Who you are: You’ve sold B2B services (ideally in recruiting, SaaS, or tech services). You know (or can quickly learn) the product startup ecosystem across India, SEA, and the Middle East. You’re not waiting for leads — you’re out there generating them. You’re obsessed with performance, allergic to excuses. You don’t need someone to manage you. You own your numbers.
