Role : Product Designer

As a Product Designer at Propacity, you’ll play a key role in crafting user-centric, scalable, and impactful design experiences for developers, brokers, and homebuyers. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to build intuitive and engaging interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences — from user flows and wireframes to final UI designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate ideas
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to bring features to life
• Create and maintain design systems ensuring visual consistency across products
• Iterate on feedback from users and internal stakeholders
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Contribute to a culture of design excellence within the team

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in product/UX/UI design
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving
• Proficiency in Figma or other modern design tools
• Understanding of user experience principles and responsive design
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A degree in Design, Engineering, Fine Arts, or a related field
