Role Overview As a Product Designer with Unifize, you will be responsible for designing user-centric Web and Mobile applications to enhance the user experience for enterprise users. Your role will involve creating interactive prototypes, designing high-fidelity wireframes, collaborating with engineers, managing design systems, optimizing user experience, and conducting user research and testing. Key Responsibilities - Prototype & Design: Develop interactive click-through prototypes using Figma for internal reviews, stakeholder feedback, and usability testing. Ensure clarity in user flows and interactions. - UI/UX Development: Design high-fidelity wireframes, screens, and user flows based on stakeholder inputs to enhance usability and clarity. - Collaboration with Engineers: Work closely with the front-end development team to ensure proper implementation of designs, address queries, and provide feedback for seamless user experience. - Design System Management: Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across UI components, interactions, and visual styles in alignment with evolving product needs. - User Experience Optimization: Identify and address UX issues, propose enhancements to improve user satisfaction through intuitive design solutions. - User Research & Testing: Engage in user testing, internal walkthroughs, and feedback sessions with real users and stakeholders. Utilize insights to guide design decisions and prioritize enhancements. Qualifications Required - Background in UI/UX design, interaction design, product design, or related field. Formal degree is not mandatory if your portfolio demonstrates strong skills. - 13 years of experience in designing web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and clarity. - Strong portfolio showcasing your design work to be presented and discussed during the interview process. - Proficiency in creating high-fidelity UI designs and screens from rough sketches or wireframes. - Hands-on experience with Figma, including components, auto-layout, shared libraries, and efficient use of design systems. - Familiarity with contributing to or working within an established design system is advantageous. - Open to feedback, willing to explore multiple design directions, and capable of refining ideas based on critiques.,
