Product What you will do here GTM Buddy is looking for a full spectrum Product Designer who can help in crafting experiences for a next-gen sales technology platform that are intuitive, differentiated and visually appealing. At GTM Buddy, as a Product Designer you will need to Develop a solid understanding of the product, user and buyer personas Understand problem statements and design end-to-end solutions in collaboration with PMs and Engineers Articulate your solution using high fidelity prototypes with internal stakeholders and customers Make sure all scenarios are covered in your designs and work with developers to ensure error-free translation of wireframes & visual design to code Focus on analyzing user behavior, adoption metrics and propose UX improvements that move the needle Create designs that are visually appealing and find creative ways to represent data to users Contribute and ship improvements to the design system To qualify for the role, you must have Worked as an in-house product designer for 4+ years Worked on B2B SaaS products for 2+ years Worked closely with engineers on implementation, and have a good understanding of modern CSS and JS Expert-level proficiency with Figma Experience in creating or contributing to design systems The ability to confidently articulate your design work and convince others of your reasoning Demonstrated a growth mindset in your work experience Ready to operate in a startup environment - you understand the value of speed, are organized, self-motivated and autonomous
