Job Summary:

Acadmus EdTech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and passionate Product Design Instructor to train learners in design thinking, user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and end-to-end product design processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, hands-on industry experience, and a flair for mentoring students to become skilled and job-ready product designers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Deliver engaging and practical sessions on UI/UX design, product design principles, design tools, and workflows.

● Teach students the complete product design lifecycle — from user research and ideation to prototyping and usability testing.

● Create course content, assignments, and projects that simulate real-world design challenges.

● Guide students in building professional portfolios and case studies aligned with current industry standards.

● Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and design critiques to help students improve.

● Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and methodologies.

● Collaborate with the curriculum and operations teams to ensure effective course delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

● 3–6 years of professional Instructor experience in Product Design / UI-UX Design.

● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

● Strong understanding of design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring learners. Preferred Qualifications:

● Prior experience as a Trainer, Mentor, or Instructor in UI/UX or Product Design.

● Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.

● Experience working in startups or EdTech organizations.

● Portfolio showcasing real-world projects and design outcomes.
