Summary of the Role

As a Solution Definition Analyst for the Nevio transformation, you will play a key role in overseeing the migration of ARI products from PSS to Nevio. This position requires strong airline industry knowledge, expertise in settlement processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices. You will act as the primary point of contact for new requests, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and consistency in solution delivery.

In This Role You’ll / Your Main Responsibilities

• Act as the primary entry point for all new requests related to the Nevio transformation.

• Ensure end-to-end solution design aligns with requirements and is feasible for implementation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product definition and development teams, to capture and analyze solution elements for large cross-functional projects.

• Identify reusable solution components and optimize departmental efficiency through documentation and standardization.

• Propose product evolutions suited to market and customer needs.

• Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all stages of engagement.

• Document and present solution recommendations during review forums, simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

• Understand technical design and high-level system architecture and explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Experience Range: 9-12 years in solution definition, business analysis, or similar roles within the airline or travel domain.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Strong understanding of airline industry processes, settlement systems, and PSS/offer-order models.

• Experience with New Distribution Capability (NDC) and other airline industry standards.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferably SAFe) and project management tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.

• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
