Product Definition Analyst 4

Job Description: As a Product Definition Analyst 4, you will play a crucial role in supporting business and system analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivery across migration and transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, drive change, and promote continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Assess internal systems and workflows to identify gaps and recommend improvements. - Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements, and define future-state processes. - Facilitate workshops and design sessions, supporting communication, training, and adoption planning. - Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria, and support delivery teams through testing and rollout. - Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending automation, mentoring peers, and enhancing templates and methodologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. - 8-12 years of experience in business analysis for migration or transformation initiatives. - Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Figma. - Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience engaging global stakeholders. - Knowledge of ITIL, enterprise architecture, and experience with tools such as ServiceNow, DevOps platforms, and security or inventory management systems.
