Job Title
You'll support business and system analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivery across migration and transformation initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, drive change, and promote continuous improvement.
Assess internal systems and workflows to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements, and define future-state processes.
Facilitate workshops and design sessions, supporting communication, training, and adoption planning.
Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria, and support delivery teams through testing and rollout.
Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending automation, mentoring peers, and enhancing templates and methodologies.
About the Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
8-12 years of experience in business analysis for migration or transformation initiatives.
Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Figma.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience engaging global stakeholders.
Knowledge of ITIL, enterprise architecture, and experience with tools such as ServiceNow, DevOps platforms, and security or inventory management systems.
