Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define the long-term vision for the product and establish a roadmap to achieve it.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive
landscape.
- Use market insights to identify opportunities and challenges, and inform product decisions.
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business priorities
and customer needs.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic goals and market demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, analytics, and
legal teams to ensure a unified approach to product development and delivery.
- Clearly define and communicate product requirements to development teams, ensuring a shared
understanding of objectives and expectations.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and market
adoption.
- Use data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the product and develop mitigation
strategies.
- Proactively address issues and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
Requirements to be successful in this role:
- 2+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 years in the fintech industry or
ecommerce. Experience of working with in Fraud, AA and risk domain is added advantage.
- Strong data interpretation and analysis capabilities to inform product decisions and measure
outcome.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and demonstrated focus for client /
customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and execute complex analysis
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to function in a high volume setting with
tight deadlines
- High-energy individual with a go-getter instinct and positive attitude.
- Should be a great teammate who promotes knowledge-sharing
