PAYU PAYMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Define the long-term vision for the product and establish a roadmap to achieve it.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive

landscape.

Use market insights to identify opportunities and challenges, and inform product decisions.
Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business priorities

and customer needs.

Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic goals and market demand.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, analytics, and

legal teams to ensure a unified approach to product development and delivery.

Clearly define and communicate product requirements to development teams, ensuring a shared

understanding of objectives and expectations.

Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and market

adoption.
