We are seeking a proactive and detailed
Product Data Entry Specialist
to join our growing Product team within the
USTO business at our Bangalore office
! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining information related to hotel, transfer, and sightseeing contracts. You’ll work across systems and collaborate closely with teams to ensure the onboarding of products and the ongoing management of existing ones.US Tour Operator (USTO, the world's leading experiential travel company with over 2,000 employees in 30 countries around the world. What you’ll do:
- Build new hotel, sightseeing, and transfer products in the reservation system by accurately entering contract details such as descriptions, rates, inventory, and customer travel documents.
- Regularly update existing products to reflect contract revisions and renewals, seasonal promotions, special events, inventory adjustments, and other ad-hoc changes.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor information in the system.
- Coordinate with Product Managers to ensure all new product data is accurately interpreted and represented.
- Communicate product changes impacting existing bookings to the Operations team in a timely manner.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal formatting and accuracy standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to contract loading, syncing errors, or data display.
- Manage daily workload and task-tracking through HubSpot.
- Expertly navigate and multitask across multiple platforms and systems.
- Provide excellent support and information to all co-workers.
- Provide support to other Product department staff as required.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
What you’ll bring:
- Validated experience in Data Entry and should be familiar with MS Excel
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and as a good team member
- Quick learner, sharp, analytical, thoughtful, data accuracy and able to prioritize workload
- Should have excellent oral and written communication in English
- Demonstrate a good understanding of specified documents and load the data into the systems
- Work hours will be 10 am - 7 pm IST to allow for extensive overlap with our office in Barcelona, Spain.
