Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Client & Business Solutions

• Lead discovery sessions and pitch meetings with enterprise clients to understand strategic brand, media, and communication challenges.

• Translate client briefs into actionable product requirements, working closely with CXOs, PR heads, and communication teams.

• Identify opportunities for high-value feature development aligned with PR, media intelligence, and corporate reputation management needs.


Product Strategy & Integration

• Own the end-to-end process of integrating client insights into the product roadmap.

• Collaborate with product managers and tech leads to shape new features and improve UX/UI for PR and comms users.

• Contribute PR domain expertise to enhance our AI modules—crisis intelligence, campaign reporting, contextual copilot workflows, etc.


Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as the voice of the customer within the company—ensuring technical teams deeply understand client use cases and market needs.

• Work with data science and engineering teams to prioritize, test, and deploy value-added features.

• Collaborate with marketing, success, and growth teams to support go-to-market strategies for new features.


What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in PR, brand communications, or corporate affairs (agency or in-house).

• Demonstrated experience interacting with senior business stakeholders and understanding enterprise communication workflows.

• Strong product thinking with the ability to translate abstract communication needs into tangible digital experiences.

• Understanding of PRTech, media monitoring tools, and/or marketing automation platforms is a plus.

• Tech-savvy with an interest in AI, SaaS products, and analytics-driven decision-making.


Nice to Have

• Prior experience working in PR agencies

  • some experience with product/tech teams in a startup or SaaS environment.

• Exposure to enterprise sales or pre-sales cycles in B2B platforms.

• Familiarity with tools like Meltwater, Cision, Talkwalker, or Signal AI.
