As a Product Director at the company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product vision and leading the development of next-gen AI products. With a minimum of 4+ years of experience in this field, you will be responsible for translating complex business processes into technological solutions across different domains and organizations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and lead the GenAI product roadmap and strategy - Translate advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, impactful user experiences - Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and research teams - Stay ahead of GenAI trends and technologies, including LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases - Drive product discovery, experimentation, and go-to-market planning - Work hands-on with developers to prototype, test, and ship features - Communicate product vision and updates clearly to stakeholders **Qualifications:** - 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI or development tools - Strong technical understanding of generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, Embeddings, and Protocols - Comfortable navigating code, architecture, and developer workflows - Proven success in launching high-impact products end-to-end - Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills - Experience leading cross-functional product teams in agile environments In addition to the qualifications mentioned, exposure to ML Ops, AI engineering, and AI research workflows will be considered a bonus.
