Roles and Responsibilities:

  • People Leadership & Development:

    Serve as direct manager for Product Managers on site, responsible for career development, performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, and skills growth.
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Leadership:

    Lead the professional recruiting process for new Product Managers, conducting interviews, assessing capabilities, and ensuring strong cultural and skills fit.
  • Local Representation & Alignment:

    Act as senior product point of contact at the site, ensuring alignment between global product strategy and local execution.
  • Organizational Cohesion:

    Foster collaboration, communication, and culture across distributed teams; integrate, motivate, and maintain productivity of site-based PMs.
  • Operational Enablement:

    Remove local blockers, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and ensure effective execution of the global roadmap locally.
  • Product Strategy Participation:

    Shape product strategy and execution, contributing site-based perspectives and operational insights to global product leadership.
  • AI-Driven Innovation:

    Drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows, champion experimentation with AI tools, and embed AI capabilities into site operations to accelerate productivity and decision-making.
  • Local Leadership Participation:

    Act as an integral member of the site's leadership team, working with peers across functions to strengthen collaboration and ensure site success.
  • Global Domain Leadership Participation:

    Participate in global domain leadership forums, contributing perspectives, knowledge sharing, and alignment on priorities across locations.

Skills Required:

  • Must-Have:
  • Extensive experience in Product Management, including building, developing, and scaling product teams.
  • Strong analytical skills for developing product hypotheses and interpreting results.
  • Ability to translate opportunities and customer needs into actionable products and features.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong customer empathy and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience executing product initiatives and driving experimentation in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in AI-assisted workflows or automation tools for product development.
  • Proven track record of working with global teams and senior leadership.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in the Fintech or B2B industry, especially global payments.
  • Familiarity with global domain leadership forums and cross-location collaboration.
  • Exposure to implementing AI or automation tools to enhance product workflows.
