Role Description

Manage the Technical solutioning, development, deployment, DevOps and maintenance of the Testhouse SAAS product and hands-on development of AI/ML models for the product features and working with with AI and ML specialist to ensure its successful release.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related discipline

Post-graduate qualification in AI, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Experience

• 18+ years of work experience
•  Experience with the development and deployment of intelligent SAAS products that use AI,ML- NLP and NLG  models 
• Experience in Design and architect a scalable, high-performing SaaS platform that meets business and customer needs.
• Lead the technical team in the development and implementation of the front-end and back-end systems.
• Ensure the integration of best practices in UI/UX design using HTML/CSS/JavaScript and React.js frameworks.
• Oversee and support the server-side development using Python with Flask framework, ensuring efficient backend performance.
• Design and manage the database architecture using PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration and interaction between different software components.
• Experience of adapting and deploying open-source tools such as LLMs
• Database manipulation and integration
• Implement version control and source code management for SAAS products
• Advocate for the use of best-in-class development tools and practices, including Visual Studio Code and Docker for containerization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, roadmaps, and strategies.
• Stay abreast of new technology trends and incorporate them into the platform to maintain its competitive edge.
• Experience in development and delivery of cloud-based products is mandatory
• Architectural Design: Design end-to-end architecture for AI-powered products ( Transfer models, context based algorithms) , considering scalability, performance, reliability, and security requirements.
• AI Model Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate AI models and algorithms based on business needs and data characteristics.
• Data Infrastructure: Design data pipelines and infrastructure for collecting, processing, and storing large volumes of data to support AI model training and inference.
