At Seclore, we are embarking on a pivotal initiative to enhance our globally deployed enterprise data security product, modernizing its architecture, technology, and practices to define the future of data protection.
As a Product Architect on the Product Engineering team, you will play a critical role in shaping the product’s technical direction. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations to align requirements and constraints, lead research and proof-of-concepts for new features, and define, evolve, and govern the architecture, patterns, and technology stack.
This role offers a unique opportunity to innovate, experiment, and solve complex, first-of-its-kind problems, while also mentoring and growing a high-performing engineering team.

Product Leadership
- Translate product requirements into technically feasible solutions.
- Advise product managers on technical possibilities, cost, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
- Influence roadmap decisions by highlighting dependencies, risks, and architectural implications.
- Ensure architecture supports usability, performance, availability, and business goals.
- Act as a bridge between product, business, and engineering to ensure alignment.
Technical Leadership
- Define, evolve, and govern the architecture, patterns, and technology stack.
- Establish coding standards, frameworks, and best practices for engineering teams.
- Drive focus on security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Balance long-term technical vision with short-term delivery needs.
- Evaluate and select tools, frameworks, and platforms aligned with product goals.
- Anticipate technical challenges and design mitigations.
- Conduct design and architecture reviews, ensuring architectural consistency.
Design & Development
- Break down high-level architecture into implementable modules and components.
- Ensure non-functional requirements (scalability, reliability, performance, security) are addressed in development.
- Work closely with product owners, QA, DevOps, and developers to ensure alignment.
- Identify risks such as technical debt, scalability bottlenecks, and propose mitigations.
- Adapt architecture to real-world constraints discovered during development.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across teams.
Mentorship & Guidance
- Mentor teams on design patterns, frameworks, and best practices.
- Guide aspiring Architects and Tech Leads in their career path.
- Provide hands-on support to developers facing complex technical challenges.
We can see the next Entrepreneur At Seclore if you having

8–12+ years of experience in software development (Java/J2EE), with strong hands-on coding expertise.
- 2+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
- Strong in requirement analysis, impact assessment, and system design.
- Expertise in design patterns and architectural styles (microservices, event-driven, layered, etc.).
- Experience in full-stack development (Java/J2EE + Angular/React).
- Experience with containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of databases (RDBMS and NoSQL).
- Experience in API design and development.
- Practical experience integrating automated tests and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (BE/B.Tech/MCA/PGDST).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Curiosity, perseverance, and innovation mindset to solve tough challenges
