Work Order Finalisation

Location- FARIDABAD

Experience- 10+ years in finalisation of work orders and construction site experience for preferably Renewables projects, if not, PT&D projects

Qualification- B.E.-Civil/ B.E.-Electrical

JD:

Review of RFQ package, preparing clean-sheet costing and setting benchmark prices for the RFQ scope, floating enquiries, collection of offers, technical & scope evaluation, comparison of prices, negotiation with subcontractors against benchmark prices, preparation / negotiation / finalisation of commercial terms & conditions, securing commitment for resources and timely execution, presenting to management and securing approvals and placing the work order for various activities of a Renewables project. The Renewables project scope include PV, BESS and Wind. The job also includes contract management after placement of the order.
