Source AI is a strategic category management platform within our Operations practice, powered by Gen AI. It leverages internal and external data, industry expertise, and AI to empower category managers and unlock new opportunities. Working with clients globally, the Source AI team delivers value for procurement function through AI-driven tools and processes. Based in Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Chennai, you will collaborate with consultants and senior leaders globally. As a Specialist in Source AI, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing AI-driven tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading analyses on key spend categories. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain, along with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience. Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in analytics tools, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively are essential for this role. You will mentor analysts, establish partnerships, and continuously enhance the platform to meet client demands.
