Procurement Specialist

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, validating, and processing contract documentation in compliance with Cloudious' policies. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure accuracy and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, validate, and process contract documents using Cloudious' standard templates and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Cloudious' policies, approvals, and payment terms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams for smooth contract execution.
• Manage multiple requests simultaneously while meeting set deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer support and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of contracts as applies to US & other global markets.
• Experience working on both Client and Vendor contracts.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• High adaptability and quick learning ability in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 3–5 years of experience handling contractual documents.
