We are currently hiring a seasoned Onboarding and HR Specialist – U.S. Operations who comes with a strong consulting mindset Job Title: Onboarding and HR Specialist – U.S. Operations Location: Coimbatore Job Type: Full-Time Department: Human Resources Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and organized Onboarding and HR Specialist to manage employee onboarding and support key HR operations across our U.S. workforce. This role will serve as the first point of contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, while also supporting day-to-day HR functions including employee relations, compliance, documentation, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in U.S. labor laws and HR best practices and thrives in a fast-paced, employee-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for all new U.S. employees (remote and in-office) Generate and manage offer letters, background checks, I-9 documentation, and E-Verify submissions Lead new hire orientation sessions and provide ongoing support throughout the onboarding period Partner with IT, Facilities, and Payroll to ensure timely provisioning of equipment, access, and accounts Ensure all new hires complete mandatory training and onboarding documentation within deadlines Monitor onboarding effectiveness and continuously improve the employee experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience) 3+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on onboarding and employee support in U.S. operations Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance requirements High attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment Show more Show less
