Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Specialist (Chinese) located in Mangaluru. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for processing purchase orders, booking and checking purchase invoices, supplier audits, negotiating with freight forwarders, and ensuring international trade compliance. Additional responsibilities include preparing shipment instructions, processing proof of delivery notifications, and post-calculation of transports and trips. The role requires effective risk management and continuity planning to maintain seamless supply chain operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Chinese language and strong communication skills Experience in procurement, supply chain management, and international trade compliance Strong negotiation skills and ability to conduct supplier audits Proficiency in processing purchase orders, booking and checking purchase invoices Ability to manage risks and ensure continuity planning Experience with preparing shipment instructions and processing proof of delivery notifications Strong track & trace abilities and post-calculation of transports and trips skills Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field is preferred.
