Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Specialist located in Mangaluru. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing order processing, processing CMRs, handling mailboxes, tracking and tracing shipments, performing supplier audits, negotiating with freight forwarders, preparing shipment instructions, and processing proof of delivery notifications. Additional duties include processing status updates in the system, managing risk and continuity planning, processing purchase orders, booking and checking purchase invoices, post-calculating transports and trips, ensuring international trade compliance, and optimizing international goods and tariffs.
