1. Develop strategies:

   Create plans to ensure efficient procurement

2. Select suppliers:

   Identify and evaluate potential suppliers

3. Negotiate contracts:

   Work with suppliers to get the best prices and terms

4. Manage relationships:

   Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and other departments

5. Monitor inventory:

   Track inventory levels and order supplies as needed

6. Manage budgets:

   Control and monitor expenses against budgets

7. Analyse market trends:

   Research best products and services and anticipate future needs

8. Manage procurement issues:

   Handle complaints from vendors and clients

9. Identify risks:

   Assess and mitigate risks like supply disruptions and compliance breaches

10. Develop reports:

    Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities

11. Strategy:
