Identifying and developing a network of suppliers (both domestic and foreign suppliers) for the Solar Products (Modules, String & Central Inverters, Transformers, MMS Structure, Cables, HT & LT Panels and BoS Items).
Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines etc.
Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
Handle the RFQ's received from customers by ensuring best rate sourcing
Ensure all RFQs are quoted within time to customers
Ensure supplier side contracting in place to serve customer orders with minimum delay
Ensure on-time in-full fulfillment rate of 99%+
Growing sales share in the key accounts
