What would you do?

- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in contract management and compliance with policies and regulations. - Team Collaboration: Foster a positive team spirit and actively participate in community calls. - Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges and identify solutions in sourcing and contracting processes. - Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage multiple projects and maintain organized records of contracts and supplier information.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, preferably within the travel and mobility sector. - Strong negotiation skills and experience in drafting and managing supplier contracts. - Excellent understanding of procurement processes and best practices. - Familiarity with regional and local legislation affecting procurement and contracting. - Proficiency in using contract management software and other procurement tools. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and identify potential suppliers. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Management: - Support the EMEA Travel & Mobility Category Management Team with allocated sourcing projects in line with global/regional category strategies. - Assist in the roll-out of regional and local sourcing initiatives across the EMEA region. - Actively participate in category community calls to share insights, updates, and foster team spirit at the local level. Contract Management: - Support negotiation of supplier contracts, including establishing best practice metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in collaboration with the Legal department. - Ensure the implementation of Local Country Addendums to regional agreements. - Maintain compliance with local legislation and Accenture internal policies throughout the contracting process. - Manage the signature process of supplier contracts by both parties. - Store signed contracts in the designated contracts repository and archiving tools for easy access and reference.
