Job Opportunity: Procurement Officer (Oil and Gas Parts) Location: On-site – Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Hiring For: One of UXDLAB’s Clients (Oil & Gas Sector) We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients in the oil and gas sector for the position of Procurement Officer. The selected candidate will play a critical role in managing procurement activities, supplier coordination, and quality control processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and process purchase orders in line with company procedures Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers and vendors Perform quality inspections to ensure materials meet required standards Travel to manufacturing facilities and supplier sites for audits and coordination Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs Maintain procurement records, pricing logs, and vendor evaluations Identify and qualify new vendors and sourcing opportunities Qualifications Proven experience in procurement and purchasing Proficiency in contract negotiation and purchase order management Strong analytical and organizational skills Experience with quality control inspections Willingness to travel to supplier/manufacturer locations as required Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Show more Show less
