Procurement & Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for materials, furniture, MEP, and finishing works.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual terms, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal project teams to resolve procurement and contractual issues.
• Track market trends, material pricing, and availability to support cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement reports, budgets, and MIS for management.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in procurement and contracts, preferably in the

  construction / interiors / fit-out industry

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of materials used in commercial interiors (furniture, finishes, MEP, civil works).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools.
