We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Contracts Manager for our corporate interior projects. This role is critical to ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, and timely delivery of materials and services across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets. Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for materials, furniture, MEP, and finishing works. Negotiate and finalize contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements with suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual terms, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal project teams to resolve procurement and contractual issues. Track market trends, material pricing, and availability to support cost optimization. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and industry best practices. Prepare and maintain accurate procurement reports, budgets, and MIS for management. Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field 5–10 years of experience in procurement and contracts, preferably in the construction / interiors / fit-out industry . Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills. Excellent knowledge of materials used in commercial interiors (furniture, finishes, MEP, civil works). Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools.
