Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads for corporate interiors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, builders and contractors.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to assess client needs.
Promote and sell interior products and solutions.
Deepen relationship with existing clients and increase share of business from them
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Create Sales Plan and provide regular updates and reports to management.

Requirements

35 years of experience in high-ticket sales within Interiors, Real Estate, Construction, Modular Furniture, or Architecture / Interior products
Strong network in
real estate, architecture, or interior design
sectors preferred.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and relationship-focused.
Bachelor Degree
required;
MBA/PG in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
is an added advantage.
