Job Description

Sales Managers

  • Corporate Offices & Commercial Spaces
  • Institutions & Educational Campuses
  • Hotels, Hospitality & Premium Retail
  • Builders, Developers & Architects

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads for corporate interiors. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, builders and contractors. 
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to assess client needs. 
  • Promote and sell interior products and solutions. 
  • Deepen relationship with existing clients and increase share of business from them
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. 
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. 
  • Create Sales Plan and provide regular updates and reports to management.

Requirements

  • 35 years of experience in high-ticket sales within Interiors, Real Estate, Construction, Modular Furniture, or Architecture / Interior products
  • Strong network in 

    real estate, architecture, or interior design

     sectors preferred.
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits. 
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and relationship-focused.
  • Bachelor Degree

     required; 

    MBA/PG in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

     is an added advantage.
