Procurement Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for sourcing and vendor management, procurement planning, contract and compliance management, inventory management, quality assurance, reporting and analysis, and coordination with stakeholders. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient procurement processes aligned with company goals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors. - Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals. - Forecast supply requirements based on project timelines and inventory levels. - Manage purchase requisitions and ensure timely approvals. - Draft and manage supplier agreements and contracts. - Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other documentation. - Monitor inventory levels and plan orders to avoid shortages or overstocking. - Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth material delivery and storage. - Ensure stock accuracy through regular audits. - Ensure that procured goods and services meet quality standards and specifications. - Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers. - Prepare and present regular procurement reports (spend analysis, savings, vendor performance, etc.). - Use data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., finance, production, and operations) to understand requirements. - Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet project deadlines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Knowledge of contract management and compliance. - Proficiency in inventory management and quality assurance. - Ability to analyze data and prepare reports. - Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
