The role involves handling electronic components used in nurse-calling systems, maintaining accurate stock records, organising storage locations, and supporting procurement activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily inward/outward material movement • Update stock in ERP system (Odoo/Tally/SAP or equivalent) • Arrange bins, racks, and locations systematically • Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and variance reconciliation • Issue materials to internal departments based on approved requests • Maintain GRN, stock registers, and documentation • Follow proper FIFO practices and stock discipline • Identify and classify basic electronic components: PCBs, resistors, capacitors, relays, connectors, cables, etc. • Ensure safe handling and segregation of electronic items • Prepare purchase requests and support procurement follow-ups • Track supplier deliveries and coordinate with accounts, production, and engineering teams • Prepare daily and weekly stock reports Required Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Degree (Electronics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce preferred 1-3 years of experience in store/inventory roles Basic knowledge of electronic components Good understanding of stock control and documentation Experience in ERP systems Strong coordination and data-entry skills Preferred Attributes Experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly Understanding of nurse-call system components Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
